Define what needs to shift
We begin with a conversation about your commitments, challenges and the decisions ahead. Together, we agree the focus of the Scan, the material to review and whose perspectives will help illuminate current practice.

Examine intention, practice and impact
We review relevant strategies, policies, operations and communications, alongside selected stakeholder conversations. Using the Ecoherence Framework™, I examine where your commitments are supported by practice, where tensions emerge and what your choices mean for the wider living system.

You receive a preliminary diagnostic identifying strengths, gaps, dependencies, credibility risks and regenerative potential. We discuss what the findings mean for your organisation, giving you a clearer basis for deciding what needs attention and whether deeper exploration is needed.

I’m Anouska Anquetil, a Regenerative Futures Strategist and Design Council Expert.
My experience spans organisational strategy and culture, brand congruence, transdisciplinary design and programme leadership. Having worked across products, built spaces and creative programmes, I understand the challenge of translating an ambitious vision into decisions that hold together in practice.
I bring that practical experience into dialogue with my research into living-systems thinking, ancestral knowledge and stewardship principles.
